When I was researching the problems of purifying of industrial and flue gases from dust and gaseous impurities I have developed the construction of an effective scrubber-absorber which can be implemented in chemical, petroleum and power industry, and may be other branches of industry. The effective scrubber-absorber has an original constructive design, can clean soil industrial gas ejection, from dustlike particles and harmful gaseous impurities, such as anhydride sulphurous (SO2) and sulphide hydrogen (H2S) the same time. The spraying is feeded across nozzles as solution of a chemical reagent in the scrubber-absorber. A chemical reagent reacts with the harmful gaseous impurities and neutralizes them. The same time will occur a suppression of hard dustlike particles. These processes occur into a layer of liquid spraying, on a packing of the surface and a little on drops of spraying, which is atomized and drains down. The using of this scrubber-absorber let increase the effectivity of purifying processes the gas streams in the apparatus, where in the same time in one corps (body) is accomplished the purifying from dust and gaseous impurities. While slime flowings are divided into two separate streams with light and heavy corpuscles, which can be dissimilar chemical composition. In this time the construction of the scrubber-absorber is patented.
The purifying abilities of this scrubber-absorber exceeds indices of the same apparatuses: on dust and other corpuscles in 1,3 times as much, on gaseous impuri-ties in 2 times as much. Its using will let atmosphere cleanness be saved, will defend from dust and harmful gases, which is polluted by industrial equipment and the power stations. In some cases modernization of existing devices, with use of constructive development given scrubber-absorber also is possible.
